Marketing: it’s necessary for brands to get their name and their products into the hands and hearts of a consuming public, but we don’t always think of it as touching people’s lives.

Which is why it’s refreshing to be able to periodically do work with brands that are doing something for the greater good, and giving back to the communities that support them.

For the past few years, we’ve had the opportunity to work with the not-for-profit organization KaBOOM!, which develops and constructs children’s playground equipment in areas that are traditionally underserved, as well as promoting a playful, healthy lifestyle.

Family and community are important to Pro Motion, and getting families out in their communities playing and being active is something that we see as being very beneficial to a balanced and rewarding life.

In 2018, we’ve again teamed up with KaBOOM! and their partner, Target, for the Play Everywhere Tour. The tour will visit four major markets for KaBOOM!, “bringing families and kids together for FREE, fun-filled family play.”

Families and kids will learn about and experience the benefits of play through games and challenges that will help communities imagine how their neighborhoods could become more playful. Enjoy games, music, food and family fun!

The Play Everywhere Tour is a great example of the power of experiential marketing in people’s lives. We get to meet these families where they live and play, offering them the opportunity to see what their neighborhoods have to offer and to come together with their communities to play.

Pro Motion has previously worked with KaBOOM! on various other initiatives, such as the Aspen Idea Festival and the Play Together Tour (with Disney as a partner). Every time we work with KaBOOM!, we know that we are helping to do great things for children, for families, and for the communities that we touch.
