ZTE Smartphones Experience Tour

Challenge

ZTE, one of the top smartphone manufacturers in the world, wanted to increase their brand awareness, educate consumers, generate excitement, and acquire customer and prospect data for future marketing throughout the US market. ZTE has sponsored PGA events, NBA teams, and Chinese New Year events to raise awareness in the market and wanted to further increase that presence.

Solution

The ZTE Smartphone Experience Tour allowed users to see and use all of ZTE’s newest and best devices. The tour visited fairs, festivals and sporting events in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas over 3 months with a branded glass box truck where devices and technology were on display. The Tour Manager and Brand Ambassadors led engaging activities like trivia games and handed out great premiums to drive traffic to the footprint and get consumers excited for the ZTE brand and products. The team also educated consumers and directed them to local retailers to purchase their next ZTE device.
