We talk a lot about ROI…what is that?
ROI is return on investment.
It’s a term that probably 22 years ago, when we started this company, it was not talked about as much as it is today.
All marketers deal with this term.
When you get a budget from your CFO, or wherever the budget police are, they want a return on that investment, just like anybody who’s in the stock market: they want a return.
So it’s the same thing with our clients and brands out there.
When they’re given a budget, they want to make sure that there’s a good ROI, and there’s a good multiple, and make sure that the program is revenue positive.
