FAQ – What are some hidden costs with a marketing agency


Well I think there are a lot of agencies out there who build a budget in such a way that they’re able to what we call nickel and diming as the project goes.

We don’t play that game.

What we do is we build up a project, we say this is what you need to do, we give one price. There are no change orders unless the scope changes dramatically.

You know we try and build in the best options on every program so our clients know what it’s going to cost, they know what they’re going to get.

And a lot of times, based on what we hear from our clients, is we provide so much more added value and by the end of the program that you know would be worth a lot more money to them.

But we don’t nickel and dime. We just have one price, we stick to that price, we go do what we say we’re going to do.

If we fall short of that, you know, we make that up and we make sure that there’s no additional costs to the clients.

You know, it’s just important to us to provide lots and lots of value.
