At our core: Employees first, always
“The customer is always right.” That’s the typical mantra you hear in business. It’s not that we don’t believe it. We’re in the business of client services! However, the reason we are able to execute such fantastic programs is because we invest in OUR people as well.
About 18 years ago we coined our core value “Employees first, always.” What does that phrase mean to some of our employees today?
“When I was asked to join Pro Motion, and I had just had my 2nd child, Alex. I really wanted to work there but didn’t want to put my new baby in daycare. I was able to bring Alex to work with me every day for over a year. It is a perfect example of PMI putting employees first, always – allowing me to continue to spend time with my new baby and still join a great company where I have learned so much and have grown professionally – starting in Admin and now as an Account Director.”
