It’s a typically busy time here at Pro Motion, with event training and dry-runs, an international mobile tour to keep tabs on, and new opportunities to develop. But this week, there’s even more excitement in the air than usual, as Pro Motion celebrates its 19th anniversary!
19 years is a pretty long time.
19 years ago we were just hearing about DVDs, Michael Keaton was still Batman, and cargo pants gave us a place to store all of our…cargo? Now, we watch movies over the internet, Bat-Fleck is hitting theaters soon, and skinny jeans give us an excuse to carry a bag.
A lot has changed over the past 19 years, but Steve Randazzo, our founder, knows 5 things that definitely haven’t changed: our core values.

These values have persisted, virtually unchanged over the life of the organization, and each day—each decision we make—is an opportunity to showcase them. These values have seen us grow into the thriving venture that we are today, and they drive the performance that keeps our clients coming back to us again and again.
We’re understandably proud of simply lasting this long, but it goes further than that. For nearly two decades, Pro Motion has been carving out our space in the experiential marketing world; creating engaging experiences for our clients’ brands and helping to shape the careers and lives of the talented and enthusiastic people that we’ve had on our team.
