That is so unheard of in our industry. What industry? The experiential marketing industry. The industry that is fun, time-consuming, exciting, hard, creative, and changes on a daily basis. This is an industry that burns people out and that woos people to other agencies.
Working at Pro Motion has been my best work experience for the past 13 years. I started at Pro Motion when my son was 4 weeks old and actually got to bring him to work with me everyday until he was 18 months old. What companies let you do that?
During my early years I started with office supplies, travel, and pagers…yes, pagers. Now, I am the self-proclaimed Queen at PMI. I have been able to grow professionally and personally by asking for new responsibilities. Short of doing accounting (which you don’t want me to do) and having my CDL (which I would be willing to get) I have done just about everything at Pro Motion and I love it! This job has offered me opportunities to travel, present to clients and work with people from all over the country. I have been able to work with different types of brands, lead and mentor and LEARN so much. What companies let you do that?
The people are great! I have worked with, traveled with, celebrated with, been disappointed with and just hung with some amazing people. The people at Pro Motion are smart, fun, dedicated, hardworking, and a little crazy. We all seem to thrive on organized chaos and just don’t like being “bored.” We have celebrated small wins and big wins. We have partied at top-notch hotels and small bars. We have traveled to Mexico, Jamaica, and the Bahamas. What companies let you do that?
With Pro Motion you get hard working, dedicated, smart, creative (should I keep going) people who will help bring your brand to life.
