We really believe that you need to talk to consumers before you have an event, during the event, and then after the event.
So data capture is so key to make sure that we have those connection points.
We need to have either their cell phone number or their email address so that engagement can happen really efficiently before, during, and after.
So we do a lot of things on site to gather that information in an effective way and so the consumers don’t think that we’re just you know, data-mining.
We’re trying to get as many names as possible, we will give them something in return for giving us their information so we can continue that discussion.
